Dan Fligsten

An experienced trial lawyer, Dan practices in the areas of land use, real estate, property rights, and private nuisance.  A Maryland native, Dan began his career with the Law Offices of Roy Mason in Annapolis, where he worked in environmental toxic tort litigation.   He later represented clients across the country in a variety of real estate matters including commercial property litigation, construction defect, foreclosures, and landlord/tenant. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College, holds an M.A. in philosophy from Boston College,  a J.D. from Syracuse University and is licensed to practice law in Maryland, New York, and California (inactive).
