For more than fifteen years, Dan has been practicing in the areas of land use, real estate, property rights, and nuisance law. Dan began his career with a boutique plaintiff-side firm in Annapolis, where he worked in environmental toxic tort litigation. He has successfully represented clients across the country in a variety of real estate matters including commercial property litigation, construction defect, foreclosures, and landlord/tenant. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College, holds an M.A. in philosophy from Boston College, a J.D. from Syracuse University and is licensed to practice law in Maryland, New York, and California (inactive).
