Ann Fligsten

Ann is a land use attorney focusing her practice on protecting Maryland communities from  overdevelopment.   She has served Anne Arundel County as an attorney, advocate and policy maker for more than forty years.  Ann is the founder and board member of the Growth Action Network and previously served as the President of Historic Annapolis.  She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and a member of the Maryland Bar.
